We carefully review each booking, including the client’s communication needs, access requirements, subject matter, and preferences.
We then assign the interpreter whose experience, qualifications, and working style best match the assignment.
When do payments go out? Payments are made within 30 days after the end of the month in which your hours are submitted and approved.
If you can no longer attend an assignment, please contact the lead interpreter as soon as possible so we can support the client and make alternative arrangements.
